1. Service Scope
Launchpad Studio, operated by Sandaruwan Shanaka, provides a trust-building preview tool that generates digital representations and wireframes using AI technologies. The previews generated are concepts and mockups, not production-ready code deployments, until a formal service contract for full custom development is signed with us.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use this generator tool only to view potential layout aesthetics for genuine businesses you own or operate, or for development services you plan to order. You must not use the tool to generate offensive, fraudulent, or infringing content.
3. Intellectual Property
All visual mockups, layouts, designs, PDF formatting, and code configurations within the Launchpad Studio engine belong to Launchpad Studio and its creator, Sandaruwan Shanaka. Copying the platform's UI, AI generation pipelines, or core styling for competing applications is prohibited.
4. Proposal Quotes & Estimates
Any proposal estimates generated dynamically through our system are preliminary approximations for web development services. They do not constitute a legally binding contract until customized, verified, and signed by Sandaruwan Shanaka.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal actions arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
